DNA004: DJ Nth – Transistor (feat Lange, Jose Amnesia, Talla 2XLC, CJ Stone) Free Download

On to the fourth episode of DJ Nth the Afterparty Podcast. Recorded in June of 2001 after finally collecting enough tracks for what I considered more of a Progressive sound at the time. It was still very much Epic Melodic Trance it just had a slightly different feel than what I usually played, more of a somber mood. My friend, Jay, pointed out to me that the spark plug, from my CD cover, wasn’t a transistor. I decided that a spark plug was more interesting looking than a real transistor so I keep the image and title.

CJ Stone’s track Infinity was one of my favorites to play around that time when I was DJing and I got lots of trainspotters trying to make out the text on the record label when it was playing. Other favorites from this CD include two great vocal tracks in Talla 2XLC’s “World in My Eyes” and Lange’s “Follow Me” and a great closing track from Jose Amnesia with “The Eternal”.
